Jeanine Gangloff Levy is a singer/actor, from West Palm Beach Florida. She spent many hours belting along with Judy Garland in her adolescent bedroom, hoping to be a performer. She graduated from the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts with a concentration of theatre, and went on to graduate from one of the country’s top ten theatre programs, Florida State University’s Bachelor of Fine Arts Theatre Program on full academic and talent scholarships. There she studied intensely under Emmy Award winning & Tony nominated actress Jane Alexander, who she adores and taught her so much about what it is to be an actor.

When asked to join the Victory Dolls, I did not hesitate. The Dolls are a group of women who I admire personally, as well as professionally. These girls are the ones you want to grab a cocktail with, and just catch up on life’s victories and challenges. These are the girls that make you laugh until you cry. These are the girls who are so talented, you cannot take your eyes off of them onstage. These girls are also, just too much fun! To share a stage with these women is a gift, and to sing these amazing songs from different eras is the cherry on top! I am just lucky to be a part of this.

Jeanine worked regionally in theatres after graduating such as the Cherry Lane Theatre, Hudson Shakespeare Company, Mill Mountain Theatre Company, Curran Repertory Theatre, Impact Theatre Company, Depot Theatre Company, and the prestigious Williamstown Theatre Company.   She loved the thrill of living in NYC, and travelling the country working in theatre.

Jeanine decided to continue her studies to give back to the next generation of young artists, and received her Master of Science in Education from City College of New York with a focus in Educational Theatre. Jeanine was the teaching assistant to Sandy Faison ( the original Grace in Annie) the Dean of the Theatre Department at the Fiorello LaGuardia School for Music & the Performing Arts. She has been published in Dramatics December 2014 magazine in a four page spread entitled “Your Best Shot”.

Since moving from NYC a few years ago, Jeanine taught acting at G-Star School of the Arts, and continues to teach a weekly acting class for children. She has found a Florida home and can be seen belting it out in musicals once again at the Wick, Evening Star Productions, Thinking Cap Theatre, and Slow Burn Theatre. Recent shows include Drowsy Chaperone ( Kitty), Disaster the Musical (Jackie), Legally Blonde ( Paulette), 9 to 5 the Musical ( Doralee), Emperor of the Moon ( Bellamante), See Rock City ( Lauren), Bridges of Madison County ( State Fair Singer).

Jeanine is married to Joe Levy, a “non theatre person”, and she has two cats Gatsby and Daisy ( Named after characters from her favorite book of course!) When not acting or teaching, you can finding her sipping champagne by the pool, or snuggling her cats while watching 20/20.

Favorite cocktail Bubbles! I love champagne in any form: mimosa, champagne cocktail, aperol spritz, bellinis, you name it!
Favorite female artist My all time favorite would have to be Judy Garland. She was a magical triple threat, with a beautiful voice, and a vulnerability that made her work incredible.
